Around the golf course. Ran an 8:36 pace.

5/25/11
Early P.M. Biked 20.28 Miles
My first distance ride on the bike since I got it. Went ok, but I have a lot of work to do.

Late P.M. Ran 5.68 Miles
Around the golf course. Ran at an 8:19 pace.

5/26/11
P.M. Ran 5.51 Miles
A pretty slow 9 minute pace around the golf course.

Up in Frisco with Rob and Jenna camping for the weekend.
A.M. Bike 10.32 Miles
A little stronger ride than earlier in the week, but still not what I was hoping for.
