My goal this week was to do my best to train for the 5430 Amica Sprint Triathlon I was competing in this coming Sunday. My work schedule was still a bit tight and thus had to plan my training appropriately. Needless to say, I did not get in as much training as I wish I could have and it showed on Sunday. My main concern was the swim, which what my major focus is this week.

We headed up to Boulder this morning. We lucked out and scored a pretty nice room at a hotel with a nice size pool. We checked in at the Boulder Reservoir. That made me a bit nervous. There were a lot of people out practicing in the reservoir and a lot of professional looking people.
