Weekly Training Review: Mar 28 - Apr 3

Time Off
I am having one of my busiest weeks of work so I decided it was time to take some time off. It was a good rest.

4/2/11
P.M. Gym 2.5 hours
Biking, Elipctical, Arm Bike, Rowing and Weights.

4/3/11
A.M. 7 Miles
My goal this morning was 21 miles. I started off in decent weather, but lots of wind. After about 4 miles, the wind turned very cold and by the time I got back to the car, it had started raining and snow was coming. I only wore a dri-fit t-shirt, running shorts and shoes with no socks. I was pretty cold and decided I probably should not continue. My arms were numb when I finally got back to the car.

P.M. Gym 3 Hours
Biking, Eliptical, Arm Bike, Rowing, Stair Climber and Weights.

TOTALS:
Run Week: 7 miles
Run YTD: 445.7 miles
Bike YTD: 32.2 miles
Swim YTD: 1 miles (A starting point, I haven't kept track, but I think it is at least a mile so far)

Jenny YTD: 38.6 miles
Elias YTD: 30.3 miles
