Weekly Training Review: Apr 18 - Apr 24

P.M. 5.7 Miles
Really good, quick run. I didn't keep track, but it was under 40 minutes.

Biked for 40 minutes, arm biked for 40 minutes, rowed for 20 minutes, eliptical for 30 minutes and stair stepper for 25 minutes.

A.M. 35 Miles
A pretty decent run. The weather was beautiful with little wind. I wanted to do at least 28, but decided 35 was a better goal as I was running.
